    Fantastic for beginners. I'm just starting out trying to build up core strength to help with my back pain. I could follow this video without pausing it because it was do-able, but I could also really feel it in my core when I was done. This strikes the perfect balance.

    It’s amazing Nd relaxing , one question though I feel while bringing head to knees my neck muscles get stiff ….I hope you understand what I mean , how to relax that , means my concentration Goes to my neck area rather than my core

    This was awesome! But pls tell me when we inhale through nose do we have to exhale every time through mouth. I mean all the time to keep open the mouth not to exhale from nose.

    Love your soothing voice & the emphasis on breathing ! Do you do one for arthritis & joint health ??? You could turn the music up a bit and with your encouraging , low, & gentle tone of voice … it would be a wonderful experience !!! How about cleanse and detox ideas/ yoga ???

    I love your videos! I feel terrific when I do them consistently, During the hip thrusts in this flow, my hamstrings cramp up each time, just below my knees. I've also notice this at other times while doing yoga. Will you please share some stretches to prevent this?
