    i can't undertant the stupid change in the month's calnedar in blogilates web. It's a big backwardness. It's so stupid, and it makes so difucult doing the workout for the days in which the playlits is maked late. I work ot so early i the morning, a lot of days i cant find the playlist. The linkable PDF it was an amazin solution, because i san use it with the mobaile phone. You delete this, OK. When i can't find the playlist i need to use the computer, i don't like it. BUT DELETING THE LINKABLE WEB? I HAVE TO CPY ALL THE VIDEOS TITLE FOR DOING MY PILATES WORK OUT? i feel stupid and waisting time. I don't understand so much backwardnes.

    Those squats are done to fast and not correct. Just my opinion. I have to stop to do them ok.
