    Thanks mam mein apki diet plan follow kar rahi hoon kafi ache result b mil raha wdout chapatis wala diet plan follow karna sahi hain is time pe ya besan cheela etc le sakti hun plz reply mam🙏abhi fruits n salad b bhut kum available hain?

    Mukti my weight fluctuates daily. I workout on daily basis. I do 50 surya namashkar daily and other workouts also. In total I loose almost 500-700calories daily. I am also having healthy food and counting my calories. After all this effort my weight fluctuates a lot. One day it is 73.8, other day it is 73.6 and then it bounces back to 74.8. this is demotivating me and I feeling frustrated. Is this normal. If not plz suggest what should I do to overcome this.

    Hello di, I am doing Veg Keto diet, from 4 to 5 days, where we have to eat around 65% of dat, 15-20% of protein & rest carbs. So my question was can I continue intermittent fasting with Keto diet or both should be done seperate, Please answer & thanks for making such lovely videos.
