Guys. lost lots of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a popular fat loss system called Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I've lost crazy amounts of weight. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don't really want a bunch of other guys out there running the same game but whatever. Most dietary science used by "registered dieticians" is old, outdated and non functional.
I'm in keto and I've never felt better, also lost 12 kg and have been on the diet for a year and a half with no repercussions. I also eat more vegetables than ever before, you just need to know which ones. Also, keto when you start is different from keto when you've lost the weight. You can adapt the diet once you have achieved your goal without losing the benefits you already got.
I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets. But I'm not sure if it's good. Have you ever tried this popular weight loss diet plan?

Follow Shaun T's nutrition guide if you wanna lose weight. Works tremendously and you stick to it. Hip Hop Abs has a very good one.

I was never huge. I'm a tall guy, always been fairly lean in terms of muscle. But in recent years, I had just a bit of a belly I wasn't happy with, carrying maybe 10-15 extra pounds compared to what I wanted. I told myself I was going to lose this weight one way or another.I started exercising for a few months, and I put on some muscle and was able to go for some fairly long runs, but my waistline hadn't really budged, so I knew I had to change my diet In my case, I tended to eat a lot sugars and pastas (just a habit I grew up with and never un-learned), and not enough vegetables or fruits. The first thing I did was try to cut down on the junk food. This took some mental effort, but I found that much of the time, when I craved cookies or candy or soda, it was more habitual than it was something my body actually craved. My desire for junk food subsided somewhat, but I started realizing this wasn't enough when I still felt hungry sometimes and didn't know what to eat.So, I started adding in healthier options. The next thing I did was begin gravitating toward fruits when I did have cravings for sweets. So, instead of Oreos I might have some watermelon, for example. At this point, I could feel my body getting happier with me. Though it still didn't feel like enough. So, I got stricter with reducing junk food intake (I had still been having some junk food, just much less, up to this point) to the point where junk food was a rare indulgence. And while doing this, I also began eating more fresh, raw veggies: Regularly having salads with dark greens and a variety of veggies and minimal sugary dressing, adding tomatoes and spinach to every sandwich, snacking on broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower when I felt actually hungry (at this point, my understanding of what it meant to feel hungry had changed quite a bit).I made these changes over the course of two or three months, and in that time I can happily say my waistline has almost completely reduced to where I want it! After taking most of that time to reduce my exercise regime and, as a result, losing some muscle mass, I am now gradually re-increasing caloric intake with a variety of nuts, yogurts, granolas, and more. I am learning more every day about what my body truly wants, and how to keep this ecosystem of mine in balance. I feel better than I have ever felt, and I feel excited to take this journey of health and fitness to the new heights every day! 😀

And yet doctors all over the country are jumping on the Intermittent Fasting bandwagon. Just admit it, your degree was as useful as underwater basket weaving and everything you claim is healthy, will be obsolete in ten years.

Surprisingly, the hardest part of the diet is the social component of it all. Eating is a very social thing to do. Whether if you're eating with friends or enemies, chewing on morcels of delicious food helps lubricates the social engine that drives our relationships. There's food at every social event from meetings at work, to weddings, thanksgiving, funerals, peace talks, etc. Food brings people together. Having one meal a day is great. I feel energetic, I'm not hungry, I have loads of extra time to finish my work, but it makes it hard for me socialise. People also accuse me of being weird and anorexic when my BMI is sitting at a healthy 21. It brings out a lot of insecurities in other people when I tell them what I do and some are very quick to judge me for being a 'health freak'. Getting to one meal a day certainly was a hard-earned success for me. I started by cutting down my food portions, then moving to 2 meals a day, cutting down the portions some more, before finally settling on one meal a day. And, I'm also vegetarian. It isn't surprising that people accuse me of being anorexic and being a 'health freak' when I tell them how I did it. Of course, I'm always baffled at how they spend so much time acquiring, preparing, and consuming food, before spending as much or more time burning it off at the gym. I just skip the whole thing and do the things I really enjoy (i.e. reading). I don't recommend one meal a day for everyone just because it works for me. I think it worked well because I enjoy having routine and structure to my day, and I'm an introvert with few social contacts. If you don't want to be limited by rules and you like to socialise whenever and wherever, your best bet is just to have a balanced 3 meal a day with workouts once in a while. I think most people are like that.
