Wow I knew this was going to be hard but I didn't think it'd be this hard! I'm a very fit person and I still had a hard time doing this I usually only workout my abs and lower body. working on my upper body strength now it's a lot harder than it looks! still completed the whole thing though can't wait to do another video!!

Affi GirlAm not as fatty my stomach is flat but am wider I mean my arms thighs are fatty And waist is Very wide whenever I do exercise I lost my Face fat which I don't want to loose as my face is longer 😔 which exercise I ve to do in Order to loose waist and lower body fat??
