    Are you trying to make people believe that they can target fat loss? I hope not but it seems very much like it. Guys, it's not by doing arm exercises that you will lose arm fat, not by doing crunches that you will lose belly fat, not by doing squats that you will lose leg fat… You cannot choose where you lose fat, your body chooses!
