    seit den frog kicks, booty flutter kicks und booty toe taps habe ich ziemlich heftige Schmerzen im unteren Rücken. Hatte so etwas noch nie und weiß gerade nicht, wie ich reagieren soll. Habe deine Workouts seit ca. 10 Tagen fast täglich gemacht, diese Übungen allerdings noch nie. Mache ich etwas falsch? Ist mein Rücken zu "schwach"? Gibt es vielleicht alternative Übungen? 🙂
