    Spurts work- yes! I use speed 2.5 and incline 12ish. Cuts time way down. Good for glutes as well. Then lets go to the leg extension machine for example… Do 50 reps with medium weight, not all at once but quick as possible. Then reps 50 to 60 go as heavy as you can, slow and controlled. Then go back to the medium weight up to 100 reps. This is great for muscle building and fat loss at the same time. Took me a long time but i finally figured it out lol
